With or without Health Insurance, there are Free Health Services and Free Health Screenings available to all of us. You simply need to know who provides them. Fortunately for us, there are Hospitals, Organizations and Businesses that would like us to remain healthy weather we're broke, low income or middle class. Take full advantage of the free services that are available to you, and do your best to stay healthy and active. 

Hospitals often offer free Health Screenings, such as:

  • Blood Pressure Checks
  • Heart Rate Monitor Checks
  • Head and Neck Cancer Risk Assessment

Hospitals also offer Free Health Lectures, such as:

  • Surgical and Non-Surgical Treatments for Arthritis

Sam's Club Free Health Screenings
Sam's Club offers Free Health Screenings regularly (usually once per month). Screenings include women's and men's health, blood pressure, cholesterol, BMI, allergy relief, aging and more. You can attend these screenings even if you're not a member of Sam's Club (unless otherwise noted).


CVS's Free Health Screenings
CVS offers free screenings for Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure, Glucose, Total Cholesterol, as well as Quit Smoking Support.  Click on the "Event Calendar" tab to look for any new scheduled events.


Kidney

American Kidney Fund's Free Kidney Health Screenings
The American Kidney Fund offers free medical screenings, nutrition and fitness presentations, and follow-up services (including medical referrals and public education materials). These services are provided at a variety of venues including churches, expositions and festivals, dialysis centers, community centers, colleges, and corporate offices.


Oral Health

Free Oral Health Services for Kids from ADA - American Dental Association
ADA's Give Kids A Smile Program offers underserved children free oral health services from approximately 10,000 dentists annually, along with 30,000 other dental team members. Click on the large blue square near the top of the page to Sign-up.


Skin Cancer

Free Skin Cancer Screening from ASDS-American Society for Dermatologic Surgery
Enter your zip code and your State to find skin cancer volunteer(s) in your area.


Free Skin Cancer Screening from AAD-American Academy of Dermatology
