Below I tell you how and where to get Free Kids Books and Free Baby Books to read. Thanks to the Internet, a lot of free resources have opened up in the way of free reading materials! And even if you don't have a reader, such as a Kindle or Nook, you can download a Free Reading App and read the free eBooks from your computer, tablet or phone. But technology is not the only way to read. There's still the old school way of reading. A good old fashioned paper book (with paper cuts and all), and you can still get your hands on some of those for free as well. For now though, read on through the use of technology ☺. Clever Girl.
Many of us don't even visit Libraries anymore unless it's to vote. But they do still exist. And they offer great services for children! You can still borrow books to read to your child for free. Plus they have Reading Events.
This is a network of people that giveaway stuff in an effort to keep it out of landfills. Type in your City/State to find the group in your area. You can even enter what you're in need of, such as baby books or even a crib, and if anyone has it to giveaway, they'll get in touch with you.
Craigslist has a "free" section under "For Sale." Go to your area of Craiglist, go to the free section under For Sale (I know, free and for sale don't jive), type in 'kids books,' 'childrens books,' and 'baby books' and see if anyone is offering any in your area.
Friends and Family
Friends and Family often have old books that they have purchased for their children that are now too grown to read that are just sitting somewhere on a shelf or in a box. Swap/trade books, or simply give books to one another to save money. If your children are around the same age, schedule periodic reading events with snacks.
