Assurance Wireless by Virgin Mobile, a Lifeline Assistance Program offers a program for those that qualify where you can receive a Free Cell Phone with 250 Free Minutes and 250 Free Texts each month.

Eligibility varies by State, but you may qualify if you already participate in Medicaid, Food Stamps/SNAP, Social Security Income (SSI), or other government programs. You may also qualify if your total household income meets government guidelines in your state. Click on their "How to Qualify" link for further assistance.


SafeLink Wireless

SafeLink Wireless, a Lifeline supported service offers a program for those that qualify. If you qualify, you can receive a Free Cell Phone, along with 250 Free Minutes and 1000 Texts per month.
